1.Return & Exchange Conditions:
- All return items must include original packaging, tags, and must be in brand new condition.
- Returns must be made within fifteen (14) days of delivery date.
- Items that have been used, altered, washed or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Guaranteed return for a damaged or defective item (Please contact immediately, we will address these issues carefully to ensure your satisfaction)
2.How do I make a return
please contact us at service.official@Nailgrove.com within 14 days of delivery. We will reply within 48 hours.
Please describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. Once return request is approved, you can send back the item(s) to our return address. And please note that it would cost you shipping fee for the return.
For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
3.What will the refund method for my return be?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For some debit and credit card refunds to the original payment account cannot be made. In such cases, we will request customers to provide us with a PayPal account in their name to complete refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
4.When will I be refunded?
A refund will be issued after your return has been processed, which may take up to 14 business days after your return is received at our warehouse.

Additional Notes
- Please note that we will not refund the shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred, except for the quality of our products, the package lost or damaged, etc.
- To return a package, please contact our Customer Service for a return address. Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package.
- Please make sure you don't include items not from Nailgrove by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
